Clinicians and service providers are supported by an interdisciplinary team, where each individual’s perspective is solicited, considered, and valued. We are focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, recognizing there are innumerable experiences that create each of us. We do not just seek employees, we look for individuals who deeply believe in our Mission, Vision, and Values and bring curiosity, humility, and excellence to their work every day.

Careers that improve quality of life

Hospice care is a unique service focused on quality of life at the end of life. We use a holistic approach focused on the patient’s needs and goals. Our interdisciplinary teams include board-certified physicians, nurses, social workers, spiritual counselors, hospice care aides, integrative therapists, volunteers, and more. We meet patients where they are and walk with them through this journey, letting each patient and their circles of support decide what is most important. When you join Hospice of the Northwest, you make a difference for patients and their circles of support.

Living in northwest Washington offers scenic views and activities for every lifestyle. Our region, located just north of Seattle, experiences a relatively mild climate with quick access to the ocean, rivers, mountains, and more. Residents can choose to live in urban areas, small towns, or rural communities. If you like beaches or bike trails, skiing, or sipping wine, northwest Washington has it all!

Clinicians Travel to Provide Patient Care

Patients receive care wherever they call home; whether that is in their residence, at a senior living facility, in a loved one’s home, or anywhere in between.

Without a physical clinic or “Hospice House,” Hospice of the Northwest clinicians travel to the patient’s home to provide high-quality, compassionate hospice care where they live. This means that most clinical positions with Hospice of the Northwest include regional travel, thought the Pacific Northwest.
