Rachel Teeter, RN originally joined Hospice of the Northwest as a Telepage Nurse in 2020, helping patients and families who needed support in the overnight hours. Rachel joined the leadership team in 2023 as the Nursing Manager. In this role, Rachel provides leadership and strategic oversight for a team of over 40 RNs and 10 CNAs. Prior to working for Hospice of the Northwest, she spent many years working for Skagit Valley Hospital as a charge nurse in acute care settings. First introduced to hospice when her grandparents were on service, Rachel has a passion for providing high-quality, personalized end-of-life care knowing the impact it forever makes in patients’ and families’ lives.
